Return flight reservation ticket or PNR booking is required if the applicants are applying for less than one year irrespective of the visa category applying for.

Status of personal bank account for the last six month in original letter from the bank or original bank statement verified by the bank – bank phone number and fax number must be provided.

All original documents are to be presented while applying for the visa.

Minor child if travelling with one of the parents then a no objection with notarized affidavit from other parent must be provided. The affidavit must be appostilled by ministry of external affairs. |

The affidavit must be appostilled by ministry of external affairs. Alternatively both the parents can visit the Italian consulate Kolkata and sign a declaration with the valid proofs to verify their relationships & signature. |
